answered

What score means I am ready for TOPIK I?

Fourteen of twenty, seventy percent, is the bar this test uses: at that level the TOPIK I list is not going to be the problem on exam day. Below it you know exactly what to do next: read the list, flip it into flashcards, and come back tomorrow. Every miss shows the right meaning, so one run already teaches.

Is this a full TOPIK I practice test?

No. It tests the vocabulary section only: 20 words from the TOPIK I list, each with three meanings to choose from. Listening, reading and grammar are not covered, so use it to check the list, not to predict a score.

How are the questions built?

Each question takes one word from the list and borrows two meanings from other words on the same list, so every wrong option is a real TOPIK I meaning. It is the word round Lock&Learn Korean plays on your Lock Screen, without the clock.

Is Lock&Learn Korean free?

Yes. The app is free on iOS: Beginner 1 is free, every other pack opens with a free preview, and another word unlocks daily. Lock&Learn+ is an optional upgrade that opens every pack at once, offered as a yearly plan or a one-time lifetime purchase.
